Operation

1.Printing steps
-DTF t shirt printer uses 4C+W or 6C+W ( Lc Lm or Fluorescent as Optional ) pigment ink, which is directly sprayed on PET transparent film, and printed pictures are full of colors and clearly visible;

-Then go through powder shaker (hot melt powder drying equipment) to melt and dry sticky heat powder on pattern;

-After cutting pattern, through a heat transfer press, set heat transfer temperature to 150-160°C and press for15- 20second;

-Uncover PET film on clothes, heat transfer is completed, after washing and rubbing test, picture does not fall off, and color fastness is high;   2.Printing application DTF t shirt printer can print patterns on all kinds of fabrics and is washable and scratch resistant. DTF printer is widely used in advertising production, textile printing , apparel printing, and other printed fabrics.
